Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return Condition
Returned items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging included. Items that are worn, damaged, or incomplete may not qualify for return or refund.

All returns must be sent by mail. Customers should contact our support team before sending any return request.
Return Label
Customers are responsible for arranging and purchasing their own return shipping label when returning items due to personal preference, change of mind, or size issues.
If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Pacific Clothing will provide or cover the cost of the return shipping label for the approved return request.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to personal preference, change of mind, or size issues. Customers must arrange and pay for their own return label in these cases.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items within 30 days. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
Wrong or Defective Items
If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, personalized items, gift orders, and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist you with the next steps.
Delayed Deliveries
Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other external factors may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Pacific Clothing is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery without contacting us first, return shipping charges and carrier fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
