We currently ship only within the United States.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Our processing days are Monday through Saturday.
Transit Time
After shipment, orders generally arrive within 4–5 business days. Delivery services operate Monday through Saturday.
Total Delivery Time
The estimated total delivery time is 5–7 business days, including processing and shipping time.
Delivery Partners
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable and secure delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the delivery status of their package.
Order Modification
Customers may request order changes before the order has been processed or shipped. Once the package has been shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. After an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process if eligible.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Address changes may not be possible once the order enters processing or shipping stages.
Wrong Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Pacific Clothing is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Delays

Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or incorrect address information, customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Item Not Received
If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, you may also contact our support team.
Lost Packages

Damaged Packages
