Pacific Clothing accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are new, unused, and in original condition. Returns are accepted by mail only.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and return labels when returning items due to change of mind or size issues. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Pacific Clothing will cover the return shipping cost.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. We charge no restocking fees. Please note that custom orders, personalized items, gift orders, and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
